The new series ROWE 4000+6000

More than 20 world novelties and innovations

Looking at our new generation of print and scan systems there is a lot to marvel at: Not only the systems were ergonomically further developed but also the design of series 4000 and 6000 is impressive. To say nothing about the technological innovations...

Who would still need copy rooms then? The new high-performance print systems can be smoothly integrated into the office and this even close to the workplace. This is possible thanks to the absolutely low-noise operation of the new ROWE systems and the ROWE Eco-Press method with minimum heat dissipation into the environment. The new design is truly an eyecatcher and emphasises modern functionality.

The systems were developed as printer (RS), scanner (RC) and multifunction device (RCS), each as 4000 and 6000 model. The essential difference is the printing speed of 4 m per minute (series 4000) and 6 m per minute (series 6000) in this case and the scan speed with 6 m per minute and 9 m per minute respectively. Both printing system have 2 rolls by default, whereby model 4000 can be extended by a third roll and model 6000 by a third and fourth roll.

An absolute highlight is the ROWE PAPER INPUT ASSISTANT – changing the roll becomes dead easy due to doing without the paper roll core: Just insert the paper roll into the drawer, lock the holder, and that's it!

PDF and PostScript documents can be directly printed, whereby the print jobs are managed using the software ROWE PRINT MASTER. Also possible is logging of the jobs by cost centers (ROWE COST CONTROL), user management (e.g., assignment of rights, password protection) and plotting of already generated print jobs once more. Supplementing this, stamps, trailing texts, cover sheets and much more can be created using the proprietary editor ROWE PRINT SPECIALS .

In addition, the new multifunction systems feature a 600 dpi resolution that makes the representation of even finest lines and structures possible.

But also the monochrome and colour scanners based on CIS technology are convincing all users due to their green-button principle and the large, ergonomic operator panel. The scanners are using the unique ROWE Double RGB-technology that delivers brilliant colour rendering and sharpness. Supplementing this, the system features automatic height adjustment for scan originals of up to 30 mm and can be optionally fitted with backlight. Scanning is done at constant speed, without limiting scan length and, most notably, using the face-up function: You see what you are scanning.

Possible are both scan-to-file (local or network release) and scan-to-copy to various output devices, e.g. on any colour InkJet printer. Convenient the new view station as stand-alone model: here you may instantly view the scans using the matched software ROWE VIEW and have it further processed using ROWE EDIT .

Great importance was also attached to the ergonomics of the new systems. In addition to the ROWE PAPER INPUT ASSISTANT the guidance of drawers has stop absorber assemblies and is fitted with parallel guidance by means of which the ROWE ERGOTEC drawers are quietly and smoothly sliding open and close. The scan documents can be output forward or collected in the pedestal so that no user will need to bend over. Machine operation, too, was ergonomically thought-out and designed which makes handling as simple as never before.

Our new ROWE systems meet with all criteria of the Energy Star. The advantages are obvious: Significant cost reduction through low energy consumption and no heat dissipation into the environment at energy-saving mode. We do also offer a special eco-toner certified by LGA for the new systems, of course.

The new systems are continued to be complemented through an online folder and the ROWE sorter. Hence even large DIN A0 plans can be folded to a handy A4 format, fitted with filing tabs and output sorted. All this functions automatically – the complete range of high-performance devices can be controlled from the workplace or on site.
